The main purpose of this project is the preparation of the detailed design and the tender dossier for the construction of 6 (six) kindergartens in Kosovo. The assignment includes supervision services during the construction phase and during the defect liability period. The project is divided into two phases. Phase 1 consists of the preparation of the detailed design and the tender dossier for the construction of 6 (six) kindergartens. Phase 2 consists of supervision of construction works, including supervision during the defect’s liability period. Phase 2 is conditional, subject to successful completion of Phase 1 and fulfilment of the conditions for the start of construction works.
